If your organisation wishes to publicly endorse the Biomethane Offtakers Declaration, we will collect: first name and last name of C-level person able to commit on behalf of your organisation/as, name and email of contact person who arranged the company endorsement.

  1. Your personal data is processed by EBA and Morris & Chapman is contractually obligated to handle your data exclusively in line with the applicable data protection laws and this policy.
  2. Personal data may also be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or to other third parties, in each case to comply with legal, regulatory, or national security obligations or requests.

Your personal data will be retained until the end of this campaign in 2025. After this period, personal data will be deleted by EBA.

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request from EBA access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing in certain cases.
